Brilliant summary of where we find ourselves. Thank you. And ugh, that quote from Cell…. 🫠

Thanks! The Cell quote is so cringe, beggars belief 🥴

So, in short, the left haven't passed Kant's Imperative test.. This essay (or a tome) is an exhaustive and exceptionally crafted analysis, quite a sophisticated blend of academic clarity and rhetoric wit 👏

In short, correct...that is a great way of putting it in relation to Kant's Imperative. The lack of universality in contemporary Leftist academic theorising is a crucial point of distinction from the 'Old Left'.

Thank you for the kind words on the essay. I really appreciate it, and I really appreciate anyone who got through the whole piece!

Thank you so much, Alan, for this brilliant, eye-opening and comprehensive analysis, for taking us on this "socio-cultural journey" that seems to have become more of a horror trip 😓 Really appreciate all the historical background you provide, your attention to detail, your use of language; und die Art und Weise, wie Du den Finger in die Wunde legst, pointing out what needs to be stated. 🥹❤️ Oh yes, "something truly is rotten in the state of academia" - says it all 🙏🏻

Thanks Mel, I really appreciate that. Something rotten indeed; it is a house of cards. Alles steht auf dem Kopf.
